Mission + Vision
Established in 2013 by Architect Urbano Germino Norte Jr, URBN Design Studio is a young progressive and contemporary practice that focuses on architecture, design, project management and consultancy. The studio considered conventional borders of architecture needed to be explored as it persistently transforms when it connects with global and local settings.
With a vision to provide the most comprehensive services to clients because architecture and construction are highly technical and constantly evolving disciplines. With each project it carries together a precise understanding of the client’s needs and wishes with creativity, clarity of detail, and a rich approach to materials and processes.

Principal Architect
Architect Norte in this task, committed in delivering combined, broad-based solutions for a selection of complex design and planning projects for both public and private-sector clients. His experience includes design and implementation including construction documentation of a number of residential, offices and regeneration projects. As a practicing architect, he has been in the industry for more than 11 years.
Jun stands out at residential, office space planning, design and project management and has extensive experience in professional service-based business operations and real estate development. His projects are achieved through working collaboratively with clients and diverse multidisciplinary teams.
Prior to the launch of URBN Design Studio, he served as a Business Development Head of an upcoming Real Estate Company for almost a year providing feasibility studies for both financial and physical aspect of projects. Project Officer for 3 years under Project Management Team of a renowned real estate company in which he manages space planning and design standards and involved in the implementation of several corporate group offices nationwide.
In his early career, he served as a Project Supervisor and Cad Operator for large scale office projects. He was also involved in some residential and condominium projects in several architectural firms including as a freelance.
Jun graduated at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2007 and obtained his license as an architect on January 2011.
